Same day delivery:

Same day delivery is available in Dhaka, Chittagong, Khulna and Sylhet only. All order must be received before 11.59 AM, in the day of delivery. A service charge of $3.99 will be added to your total amount of the order. At the checkout point of the order process, please choose "Same day delivery" from the drop down menu, instead of "normal delivery".

Normal Delivery:

Normal delivery is considered for those orders that are placed 2 days before the delivery date. Normal delivery is Free for nationwide.

Order Tracking:

It is our recommendation that after placing an order, all customers visit "Track your order" link as often as possible. Track your order link is located under the help desk on the bottom right hand side of every page. We post important messages and continue to update you the status or any changes of your order.
